1. Time to process order

Orders are processed within two working days of receipt. Once the purchase is completed and the order confirmation email is received, the orders will be processed. The delivery times of the goods may vary depending on the product chosen, usually within 2 (two) working days. The evasion may be delayed during the holidays. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. Frantoio Olive Marco is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, provided that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) working days, starting from the day following that on which the Client has issued the order to Frantoio Olive Marco.

The delivery day will depend on the destination location and the availability of the ordered goods. Deliveries are not made on holidays and pre-holidays.

2. Delivery methods

The deliveries of the products are carried out at the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase procedure through the carrier throughout the Italian territory with the exception of Campione D'Italia and Livigno. The carrier assumes full responsibility for the transport, from the delivery to the supplier, until delivery to the indicated address. Frantoio Olive Marco assumes no responsibility for any damage or irregular behavior on the part of the carrier.

It is possible to choose as the shipping address the most convenient place: your residence, the office or the address of another person. For the delivery of the goods it is necessary the presence of the Customer or one of his charge to the address of the recipient indicated in the order.

No responsibility can be attributed to Frantoio Olive Marco in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

At the time of delivery the customer is required to check: - that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials;
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

Any damage to the product or the packaging or the mismatch of the indications must be immediately notified to the courier by placing the WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier delivery test. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer can not make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.

In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer when ordering, the order will be canceled.

If any product presented on the portal is no longer available or on sale at the time of the conclusion of the purchase transaction, Frantoio Olive Marco will communicate the inconvenience within 15 (fifteen) days from the day following that of the transmission. If the customer has already made the payment of the order, Frantoio Olive Marco will refund the amount as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order. For security reasons, no deliveries will be made to PO boxes and the order will not be processed.

3. Method of payment

For each order made, Frantoio Olive Marco issues a sales document for the material sent. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering shall prevail. The Customer can request a copy of the invoice or the fiscal receipt within three months of the issue.

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are indicated when the order is placed, except as clearly stated in the sales offer.

All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Prices may vary without notice and the only correct price is to be considered as indicated at the time of order confirmation.
On certain products, subject to price promotions, the seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered canceled.

In the case of purchase of goods with "credit card" payment methods, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, the reference bank will authorize the sole commitment of the amount relative to the purchase made.

Upon request, an invoice can be issued for the goods sent to the order, in accordance with the D.P.R. 445/2000 and of the D.L. 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering shall prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.
The goods are sent only after acceptance of the order and receipt of the credit. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer (for the reasons set out in the following point 4B) and in the case of non-acceptance of the same by the seller for reasons not attributable to his will, the cancellation will be made and the release of the amount involved (the release times depend exclusively on the banking system). Once the transaction has been canceled, the seller can not be held responsible for any damages deriving from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.

Frantoio Olive Marco reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional documents proving the ownership of the credit card. In the absence of sending Frantoio Olive Marco documentation reserves the right not to accept the order.
The security of transactions is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and by direct, protected and certified connections.

4. Withdrawal & legal guarantee

A. Legal guarantee

The products purchased are always accompanied by a legal guarantee covering production defects.
The legal guarantee can not be asserted by those who purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.
The legal guarantee entitles you to apply to Frantoio Olive Marco, the replacement of the asset, without charge, provided that the solution requested is not impossible or excessively burdensome, considering: the extent of any defect, the value of the product without defect and the possibility that the alternative can be implemented avoiding significant inconveniences to the customer;
in the event that the repair or replacement are impossible, excessively burdensome or late or involve significant inconveniences for the customer and are not effective to solve the problem, the customer has the right to ask for a price reduction. When determining the amount of the reduction, the use of the asset must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to replace the product, the contract can not be terminated.
The seller replaces the product within the maximum time of 30 days from delivery. In order to assert the warranty the customer must by law:
- keep and show the purchase receipt;
- report the defect within seven days of its discovery;

B. Right of withdrawal

Frantoio Olive Marco reserves the right not to accept goods of the same order, returned and shipped at different times. The costs of returning the goods will be charged to the customer, including the responsibility in case of loss or damage to the products.

In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of withdrawal exercise, will be towards those who performed the payment.

The online customer who acts as a consumer is given the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for in articles 64 - 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Consumer Code.
It is specified that this right is reserved only for natural persons, that is, to those private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and physical persons who act, in reference to the purchase contract, in the professional field.

Pursuant to and within the limits of art. 64 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 working days of receiving the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting in the possibility of returning the products received and obtaining the reimbursement of the price paid, without penalty and without need to specify the reason.

This right applies to all products purchased online on this site.
The costs of returning the product are charged to the consumer.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, due to the absence, for example, of integral elements of the product or because the product has been damaged for reasons other than transport from the Seller to the consumer, not previously reported.
SWithout limitation of the right of withdrawal, at the time of delivery of the product, the consumer, who has reason to believe that the product itself has been damaged during transport, must refuse delivery or accept it with express reservation.

Any collection of parcels must be carried out by the customer with the words "INTEGRO COLLECTION, WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL CONTENT" on the appropriate accompanying document (Article 1698 of the Civil Code). Each anomaly must then be communicated within eight days.

Procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send, within 14 working days of receipt of the product purchased, a notice in which it is clearly manifested the desire to withdraw from the purchase contract.
This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram (to the company address).The consumer will then have to provide, using a courier of their choice, the shipment of the product (if possible in the original packaging and, however, always carefully packed) and all content originally contained.
The consumer must carry out this shipment within ten working days from the date on which he has sent the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Important notes

The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as required by law, are borne by the consumer.
SiIt is therefore advisable to insure the product at the chosen courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting the original packaging in an outer box and, in any case, avoiding damaging the product with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact and complete of all its parts and accessories, including any guarantees. In case of transport damage occurred during the return, Frantoio Olive Marco will communicate the damage to the consumer within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint to the courier used for transportation. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time. Except as provided below for the partial withdrawal, Frantoio Olive Marco will reimburse, within 14 days from the moment in which Frantoio Olive Marco became aware of the right of withdrawal, the full amount of the purchase and transport costs for delivery, by credit card transfer or bank transfer to the current account indicated by the consumer; the latter will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.

If the withdrawal was partial (ie only related to a part of products delivered with a single delivery), it is excluded the reimbursement of shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the delivery of products at the time of purchase.

Request for cancellation of the order

The purchase order can be canceled in full if, at the time of the cancellation request, the shipment of the product is still under preparation and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case, no cost will be charged to the Customer. If at the time of the request for cancellation of the purchase order the product is already entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to Frantoio Olive Marco. To this end, it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated above for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Each User is forbidden, either for himself or on behalf of someone:
- use the Frantoio Olive Marco for illegal, illicit or unauthorized purposes or which may harm any third party rights, including industrial / intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc .;
- impersonating the identity of others, hiding their identity or providing false information directly or indirectly;
- carry out through the Portal activities of propaganda, sponsorship, advertising or that have purposes, even indirectly, commercial of a professional nature;
- copy, modify, alter in any way any section of the Frantoio Olive Marco; cause prejudice to third parties or other Users.
