Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Le Fasce” has a smooth, well-balanced and delicately fruity taste. Clear and harmonious, it enhances the quality of the olives.
It is perfect for dressing fish dishes, fresh seasonal salads and carpaccio; for true food lovers, it is also excellent simply enjoyed on a slice of good bread. A genuine condiment with a fine and enveloping flavor.
Important information
The presence of a light haze or a small natural deposit is normal and may derive from the unfiltered component of the oil. This is a guarantee of authenticity and traditional processing without invasive treatments.
At low temperatures, the oil may become thicker or slightly cloudy and can partially solidify: this is a completely natural phenomenon. Once brought back to room temperature, it will return to its clear and fluid state without any change in quality or flavor.
