Aromas of plum jam and red fruit intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla, making it perfect for dressing sweet and savoury dishes.
Ingredients: Cooked must from late grapes dried on racks; aged wine vinegar
Ageing: In barriques, with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar taken from centuries-old barrels
Pairings: Fresh pasta, filled pasta, grilled meat, fruit salad and desserts
