

For 150 years and 7 generations, our oil mill in Leca di Albenga has combined traditional stone milling with modern technology to offer authentic extra virgin olive oil, preserving taste and quality.
The “Pasta Secca” project began in 2016, the year we crafted our first production batches and officially launched the product. We brought together all our knowledge in selecting the finest raw ingredients and producing high-quality dried pasta.
That’s why today we carefully select semolina with a high protein content, grown in Italy, and combine it with the crystal-clear water of our Ligurian region. We follow the tradition of ancient pasta makers, using bronze dies and a slow, low-temperature drying process.
The result is an artisanal pasta of excellence — easy to digest, authentic, and crafted to bring quality to your table.
