Giusti's White Condiment is made from the soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes, which produce a particularly sweet juice.
This is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegars and aged in French oak and ash barrels. The process preserves the most fruity and floral aromas of the grape variety, creating a very pleasant condiment thanks to the contrast between low acidity and sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits.
