

The “Pasta Secca” project began in 2016, the year we crafted our first production batches and officially launched the product. We brought together all our knowledge in selecting the finest raw ingredients and producing high-quality dried pasta.
That’s why today we carefully select semolina with a high protein content, grown in Italy, and combine it with the crystal-clear water of our Ligurian region. We follow the tradition of ancient pasta makers, using bronze dies and a slow, low-temperature drying process.
The result is an artisanal pasta of excellence — easy to digest, authentic, and crafted to bring quality to your table.
Pastificio Bergonzo
Ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina, water.
Contains gluten.
The most traditional of Ligurian long pastas, almost always served with pesto and walnut sauce, it’s also excellent with tomato-based sauces. Try it with shellfish sauce and sautéed zucchini.
