Crafted in honour of the ancestor who created the original recipe in the early 1900s, this dense and sweet balsamic vinegar is made from cooked must of late-harvest grapes dried on racks, combined with aged wine vinegar. Rich aromas of plum preserves and red berries intertwine with elegant notes of honey and vanilla, delivering a bold yet refined taste experience that pairs beautifully with both sweet and savoury dishes.
