Taggiasca olives are a Ligurian delicacy—small, meaty, and most importantly, delicious. Their name comes from the town of Taggia in western Liguria, and their delicate flavour and juicy pulp make them instantly recognisable, with a colour that ranges from green to brown.
Perfect on their own, in brine or preserved in olive oil, they add a special touch to pasta dishes, mains, and side recipes, elevating the taste experience for any palate.
