Delicious and unique, walnut sauce is traditionally used in Liguria with trofie pasta, corzetti pasta, meat dishes and stuffed panzerotti. Versatile and refined, it is a great alternative to pesto, perfect for adding the true flavour of Liguria to your dishes.
Olive oil 33%, walnuts 27%, cashew nuts, whey, pine nuts, corn starch, salt, wine vinegar, garlic, marjoram, aged cheeses and Parmigiano Reggiano (milk, salt, rennet).
Acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid. Contains sulphites.

Walnut sauce is perfect for saving last-minute lunches and dinners. While the pasta cooks, prepare a quick sauté with celery, carrots, and breadcrumbs combined with a drizzle of oil. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and sauté it in a pan, adding walnut sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
